333 1st is the headquarters of Embark, a national financial advisory firm based in Dallas and founded in Deep Ellum. This historic brick and timber building, which was built in 1926, has been transformed into a creative office space with a hospitality level of detail.
DESIGNED WITH HOSPITALITY IN MIND
The custom welcome bar, which can accommodate over 30 people, is just one of the many features of the space, which also includes break areas on each floor, ample natural light, 14-foot ceilings, training facilities, showers, and a 4,000-square-foot entertainment complex with golf simulators, a podcast studio, an indoor/outdoor bar, and gaming tables.
